- Synthetise and apply theories, methods and concepts related to the academic study of esotericism in the light of postcolonial thought
- Construct critical evaluations of praxiological approaches recently developed for the study of esoteric practices from a global perspective
- Propose and articulate innovative perspectives on the interplay between religion, science, esotericism and the making of modernity in the Global South, by engaging with primary sources
