Intended learning outcomes:
On successful completion of this module a student will be able to:
i) Develop legal transferable skills and abilities,
ii) Engage in critical analysis of the legal theoretical subjects relating to placements,
iii) Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of the various key legal concepts and procedures associated to the areas of practical experience dealing with real legal situations and clients.
iv) Competently apply the knowledge and skills acquired in Access to Justice and Legal Skills I in practical settings
v) Reflect critically on their practical legal experience and their further insights into the legal profession.
vi) Critically evaluate the realities of the legal system and how equality in access to justice could be improved.
