Intended learning outcomes:

Upon the successful completion of this course, you will obtain:

 

An understanding of what MNEs are from both legal and commercial perspectives;

 

A grounding in the legal and regulatory issues arising out of the operations of MNEs;

 

A critical understanding of these issues in light of competing ideologies;

 

An understanding of the nature and development of MNEs as an evolving and changing process; 

 

Consciousness of the different levels at which MNEs are regulated and their interface.
