The objectives of this course are to:
- Enable participants to understand and make the linkages between organisational structure, power and an open, democratic and a safe workplace.
- Create a culture of respect for women’s rights and women’s self and collective leadership
- Transform the experience of staff, especially women in the organisation to enable healthy collaborative power and transformative leadership styles that enable effective power-sharing.
- Ensure participants have a common understanding of feminist principles.
- Ground OSISA’s identity as a feminist organisation.
